"Wanted to shoot you a quick note to extend a heartfelt thank you for your partnership with us last week. We honestly did not know what to expect. We’ve long needed short video testimonials from dealers so the thought of offering high-end sunglasses as a thank you to dealers that agreed to those videos seemed like a good idea. We thought we’d probably get 25 … maybe even 40 if things were really going well. As you may have heard, we ended up with over 190 testimonials – which means that we went through as many pairs of sunglasses (and likely more)!

I wish to call out Sam for going above and beyond for us, and couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and personable. Our little studio had constant traffic, and I’m sure it was tiring. But our dealers walked away thrilled with the experience. A few of those that closely worked with you and Sam also were able to choose some sunglasses which we greatly appreciate.

I also want to say thank you for personally bringing out more sunglasses for us. We talked a little about sending dealers to a link where they could select their sunglasses and have them shipped, but I felt that doing that would offset the good experience – especially if they were giving us the video. For them to walk away empty-handed would not have been great. What you did for us was the true definition of exemplary customer service.
