What is the lead time for booking a gifting experience?

The answer is never “no”. If we can meet your needs tomorrow, we will. If we can personalize a single gift, we will. Let’s start by learning about your goals, your budget, and your timeline and we will do everything we can to be the gifting partner you need.

Can I customize the selection of sunglasses for my event?

We’ll work with you to create an entirely unique collection of 15-30 different styles and a total gifting package that fits your budget.

What additional services do you offer besides sunglasses?

We offer concierge gifting solutions from the ground up. This includes customized branding, unique accessories, personalized monograming, personalized messages, delivery, VIP support, and more. Our goal is to create the gifting solution you need to maximize your impact. Tell us about your goals and we’ll work with you to build a personalized, luxury gift that meets them.

What does the white-glove fitting experience include?

With our Onsite Gifting Experiences, you can create your own custom collection of sunglasses from our world-class assortment of name brand frames. Our team of professional sunglass experts, with decades of combined experience, will bring this collection anywhere in the world and offer your guests a white-glove fitting experience they will never forget. This includes a professional fitting as well as live frame adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.

Are travel and accommodation costs included in the pricing?

All of our fitting services are included in the cost of the sunglasses. You pay for the gift and we’ll do the rest. Hosts are responsible to cover or reimburse for travel, shipping, and accommodation costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

All gifting invoices can either be paid online via PayPal or paid by mail via check. VIP Boxes can be individually customized and ordered through our website.
